Doors continue to fly open for 2Steel Girls on their musical journey.
The mother/daughter duo Allison & Krystal Steel announced recently that they have signed with PCG Nashville, an Artist Development company run by seasoned Nashville executive Bernard Porter. Porter founded PCG Nashville in 2008 and has had a key role in the signings of Jason Aldean, Joe Diffie, Megan Mullins, and Lila McCannis. PCG’s all-star mentoring team includes performance coach Diane Kimbrough, vocal coach Judy Rodman, and songwriter Britton Cameron (Steel Magnolia’s “Just By Being You”).
Since their time on Blake Shelton’s team on Season 3 of The Voice, 2Steel Girls have built a loyal fan following that has led them to major milestones over the past year. They were able to record their debut EP Train Wreck last spring, thanks to a successful Kickstarter fundraiser and premiered their single of the same name on the Today show after a fan-driven social media campaign.
As the Girls said on their Facebook page, “We’ve always been huge dreamers…but now we’re dreaming even bigger! We can’t wait to see what the future holds!”
Neither can we ladies!
