Brad Paisley rolled into Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. The weather was beautiful and the opening acts? Perfectly chosen!
Dan Tyminski was the first opening act of the night. A Vermont native with a slight bluegrass edge, Tyminski’s down to earth demeanor shined on the big stage. A natural talent, indeed.
Sony Music superstar Kane Brown had fans driving from all over to see their favorite artist perform. I noticed a number of children, some with personalized t-shirts, some with face paint and others with huge signs. Brown has a passionate following and when you see him live, you realize why! He hit strong with “Found You” as he commanded the stage in a white hat and a rather edgy attire. His baritone vocals pierced the ears of listeners rather peacefully. No one else on today’s roster has the ability to soothe your soul vocally quite like he does. Brown performed other tracks such as “Pull It Off” and “Heaven.” A memorable moment was when Brown sang his emotional mid-tempo track “Learning” in which he pours out his heart and life in the track. It’s like he’s reading his diary to you.
Kane Brown is an artist who can do every genre and do it well. From a Randy Travis cover to a Bruno Mars track, Brown is a multi-genre artist and one thing is for sure, you won’t forget hearing him for the first time!
West Virginia’s finest Brad Paisley took the stage and brought fans from all ages and cultures. From the 4-year-old little boy to the 70-year-old man, Paisley is one of the most well-liked artists in country music. His set is full of entertainment. From videos that play on a big screen to giving away one of his guitars to all of the epic comedy lines, Paisley is one funny guy.
Brad Paisley performed such an array of music, one thing you do get on this tour is music. It’s jam-packed back to back hits- such as “Mud On The Tires” and “The Perfect Storm.” Halfway through the first song, I realized what an entertainer Paisley is. He is well deserving of Entertainer Of The Year nomination. From his highly catchy tunes to his underrated guitar playing skills, Paisley is one of the strongest artists we have in country music.
Brad Paisley’s tour was one of the most diverse, yet well put together tours I’ve covered this year. Kane Brown and Brad Paisley together don’t seem to blend well (kind of like whiskey and cranberry juice) however, when you mix the two…you’re taste buds (or in this case your eardrums) just love it. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself!
