The Brilliance of @DavidsonDallas – 7 Quick Clicks

He may not dance, he might have let the one get away, and he possibly thinks rain is a good thing. There are a few things we don’t yet know about renowned Nashville songwriter Dallas Davidson, but one thing is very certain — he can write a hit song. The King Midas of the country song, Davidson has had a hand in creating nineteen #1 hits and has more than 200 album cut credits. He has worked with Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, and a slew of other chart-topping, award-winning artists, and Davidson is, likewise, a chart-topper and award-winner in his own right.

We are fortunate to have Davidson on a Country Music Chat #CMchat #Twitterview this coming Monday night, September 15th, and are spending the weekend celebrating the man whose songs are constantly on “AM, FM, XM too.” We invite you to share in this celebration with us by watching the videos for seven of Davidson’s nineteen #1 songs.

Which is your favorite Dallas Davidson song? Did we inadvertently leave your favorite track in his catalog off this post? Let us know with the poll below!

 1. Brooks & Dunn – “Put a Girl in It”

2. Brad Paisley and Keith Urban – “Start a Band”

3. Joe Nichols – “Gimmie That Girl”

4. Blake Shelton – “All About Tonight”

5. Justin Moore – “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away”
