It appears #CMchattys #MustFollowHeadliner, Dierks Bentley, has recovered from his time being “Drunk on a Plane” because this chart-topper is now getting his “Ride On.” Dierks recently hit the studio and recorded “Ride On,” which will serve as the theme song for the new History Channel show Biker Battleground. A motorcycle enthusiast, the show is likely close to Dierks’ heart, as Biker Battleground (discussed in more detail below the video) follows bike builders and the inevitable drama that comes with the competitive field of motorcycle construction.
Dierks’ song, “Ride On,” is a song of freedom and open roads, as the chorus goes “Give me a highway I can ride on; miles and miles I get high on that. Hey, don’t bother leavin’ the light on, ’cause we ain’t comin’ back, we ain’t comin’ back. Ride on. Ride on.” This upbeat song, complete with electric guitars and drums, is one that will certainly make Dierks fans go hog wild! Check out the video for “Ride On” below:
Biker Battleground takes place in Phoenix, Arizona and follows five of the raddest and baddest motorcycle builders in existence. No price is too high for the work the stars of the show produce, as the bikers who employ these builders pride themselves on the uniqueness of their rides. Most eloquently stated on the show’s website, “In their world, showcases are for pride and bragging rights, competition is cutthroat and money talks. When egos and passion collide, the aftershocks echo across town.” It’s a no holds bar business and the builders will do whatever it takes to stay on top of their game. The show will premiere on July 1 at 10pm ET/9pm CT on the History Channel.
