Do you worry about absolutely every possible little thing? Does sleep seem to be prevented at night due to the stressful mind racing that goes on in bed? Maybe you can’t even think straight during the day because you obsess over that nerve racking thing you just can’t shake? Well you, my friend, fall into the same boat as a bunch of other people and I came across this nice little flow chart today that could help you out!
Basically, in summary, don’t worry about a d**n thing! It’s all good!
Certainly, this flow chart won’t work for certain real-life stressors that occur, but for the most part, I think it’s safe to say that if you stick to this diagram, you’ll be on your way to a happier and more worriless you.
