Florida Georgia Line, perhaps the leader of the new “bro-country” genre that emerged in 2013 with their mega smash hit “Cruise“, is gearing up to start recording some new music. The told The Canadian Press that they will start recording the new album in March with producer Joey Moi.
“We’re ready to let Joey Moi do his thing and bring them to life and get ’em out there,” says Tyler Hubbard. “He has done an amazing job of taking our dreams and visions and creating this epic sound,” Brian Kelley said.
The country duo says that fans may not have to wait until the release of the album to hear the new material and may give fans a preview on tour if they “have a few too many drinks one night,” Kelley jokes.
It appears that there is no release date planned just yet for the new album, but I and as I assume the majority of others, can’t wait to hear it.
