So you’re excited about Garth Brooks announcing his world tour for 2014 which will last 3 years, and you keep your eyes glued to your phones, tablets, and computers trying to find out new info. Who’s going to open for the legendary performer? What cities will he be playing in? Although, we don’t know those answers yet, we do have some additional information.
Garth told Electric Barnyard that he wants his world tour to be the biggest thing he has ever done. He is only in the beginning stages of designing the stage and lighting, but intends for it to be memorable experience. “We’re on the blueprints right now. We’re going to build a stage and a lighting rig that hopefully will blow people away.”
Speaking of memorable, Brooks mentions that his show will be loud. “We actually have a new sound system that’s never been used that’s coming — a new technology — so everyone in the room can feel the ‘thump.”
Garth guarantees that his show will stay true to the Garth Brooks everyone knows and loves, while at the same time, making sure everyone in attendance has the time of their life.
I don’t know about you, but I am super duper excited about this tour. Did I just say “super duper”…?
