Over 9,000 restaurants have signed up to participate in the Dine Out For No Kid Hungry from coast to coast. Now we need your help in making sure that you, your friends, and your family make the event a success by visiting participating restaurants during the month of September, especially during the week of September 16-21.

Go Orange is designed to raise public awareness for an issue that affects almost 50 million people every day — 16 million of those going hungry are children. The impact of hunger on society runs deep: It’s It’s a health issue, it’s a school-performance issue and it’s an economic issue. The hope is that it can soon be a non-issue. September’s Go Orange campaign strives to engage the public to make ending childhood hunger a national priority.

Over the years I’ve been consistently ranked as an influential online personality and even named as a Forbes Top 50 Social Media Power Influencer. I was the first person Merle Haggard followed when he got on Twitter and spent the day with Garth Brooks at Twitter and Facebook when joined the social media world.
