Jillian Cardarelli Takes Nostalgic Look Back with Debut Single “Rerun”

Jillian Cardarelli is a country music artist hailing from Massachusetts and currently residing in Nashville, TN. As the next impactful female looking to make a name for herself in the country music world, she is off to a running start with debut single “Rerun.” Written by Maren Morris, Tina Parol, and Jordan Reynolds, “Rerun” is a soothing song with a steady echoing beat.

Cardarelli’s voice is quiet but strong on her debut single and delivers a story in the lyrics smoothly. Highlighted amongst mellow background vocals, “Rerun” feels like a story of nostalgia this upcoming female artist sings

“Even gold can’t keep its shine, he went his way and I went mine.”

Finding another person to devote time to and share your life with is probably one of the most vulnerable acts we can open ourselves up to and I love that Cardarelli is able to portray an undying sense of hope that even though you may have gone separate ways, you’ll always have memories to last you until you can find someone new and begin again.

Jillian Cardarelli was recently featured in Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country Artists You Need To Know” where her voice was described as being a great match for fans of Faith Hill and even Taylor Swift. If have any plans to see Lonestar in concert, make sure you keep your eyes and ears peeled because Cardarelli is currently touring with the successful country band.

Rerun” was recently released to CMT and is available now on iTunes (link below) and across multiple digital streaming platforms so head on over there and take a listen for yourself!

I've been known to spend hours in historically preserved buildings. I travel internationally to support musicians I believe have changed my life. I hope to one day work for a company that is both historical and musical.
