If you followed #CMchat over the last week, you know that the staff members here love their friends at Great American Country! That, of course, includes Great American Country’s reality show Junk Gypsies, starring Amie Sikes and Jolie Sikes. The premise of the show is that these two down-home southern sisters seek to turn your trash into their treasures by converting discarded goods into today’s hottest fashions.
Junk Gypsies has been particularly popular among adults and women ages 25-54, consistently serving as Great American Country’s Number 1 weekend program. So, it should come as no surprise that the Sikes ladies are back and on the hunt for the next glamorous ensemble. The second season of Junk Gypsies will premiere tomorrow, Thursday, June 12th at 9:00pm ET/8:00pm CT.
“Viewers of Great American Country have responded enthusiastically to the Junk Gypsies’ zest for life and their quirky antics,” said Steven Lerner, senior vice president of programming and development for Great American Country. “Junk Gypsies fits perfectly with our network’s dedication to all things American: family, home, food, hard work and fun.”
