Country mega-trio Lady Antebellum is back with another hit song, and this time they enlisted the help of rather famous friends to star in the accompanying music video. In the video for “Bartender,” supermodel and actress Kate Upton plays the heartbroken girl who needs a night out with her girls and a few (dozen) drinks to forget the past. Additionally, Arrested Development actor, Tony Hale, played the role of the title character, the bartender.
The “Bartender” video depicts a girl whose friends refuse to leave her alone on a night when she is better off surrounded by good support, good times, and, most importantly, good booze. Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott sings “What I’m really needing now is a double shot of Crown, chase that disco ball around, till I don’t remember. Go until they cut me off, wanna get a little lost in the noise, in the lights, hey bartender, pour ‘em hot tonight, till the party and music and the truth collide, bring it ‘til his memory fades away. Hey bartender.”
