Luke Bryan is hitting the gravel hard with his new single “Kick The Dust Up.” This new party anthem uses guitar licks (2:19-30) that are out of this world. It’s kind of like how Keith Urban can suddenly turn an ordinary song into an extraordinary one with his own guitar skills.
“Kick The Dust Up” is the self-titled lead single off Luke’s fifth-solo album which was just announced earlier this week which is set to release on August 7th and will be available on iTunes and other music platforms.
“Kick The Dust Up” is a foot stomping back roads country party song that will make the girls “Shake it” for their man who wants to go in town anyways and spend money on expensive drinks when you can go out in the country and party your ass off?
“Downtown they got a line of people waiting out the door for 10 dollar drinks, it’s packed inside, I don’t know what they are waiting for. Got me a jar full of ‘clear and I got that music for your ears, and it’s like knock knock knock knock goes the diesel, if you really wanna see the beautiful people”
Luke’s got a point, why spend $10 on a drink when you can have a kegger out in the sticks where there’s no one there to rain on your parade. I’d rather go “Kick The Dust Up” too
“We go way out where there ain’t nobody, we turn this cornfield into a party, pedal to the floorboard end up in a four door burning up the back road song, park it and we pile out, baby watch your step down, better have your boots on, kick the dust up, back it on up, fill your cup up, that’s what’s up up, let’s kick the dust up”
Now plan your next party out in the sticks and “Kick The Dust Up” and have a good time. You never know who might show up. Maybe Luke? Head on over to iTunes and grab “Kick The Dust Up.” You definitely will regret it if you don’t.
Luke Bryan kicked off his “Kick The Dust Up” tour back in the beginning of May and will continue it throughout the summer and most of fall with it’s final stop in Detroit, Michigan on 10/30. Several artists will be joining him on tour including Florida Georgia Line, Randy Houser and Dustin Lynch.
