Miranda Lambert has a lot of notches on her professional belt, ranging from top-selling albums to award-sweeping nights to venue-filling tours. While Miranda has appeared on the covers of magazines in the past, her latest cover girl duty is especially monumental.
The platinum beauty is serving as the first ever cover girl (or guy, for that matter) for Country Living, a thirty-six-year-old publication. The June issue, which will be on stands later this month, focuses on how country music affects country style, also featuring Miranda as a guest editor.
In the issue, Miranda discusses her country upbringing, her preference to remain outside of major cities, and her husband, Blake Shelton, having quite the green thumb. On the cover, Miranda can be seen posing in a dress, denim jacket, and cowboy boots, surrounded by western-themed items, including wooden panel doors and an acoustic guitar. Inside, the reigning Female Vocalist of the Year is seen in front of a starred and striped wall, holding a guitar in her lap.
