MORE ABOUT TATE STEVENS
Tate Stevens came into our lives when he auditioned for and won reality competition show The X-Factor. However, Tate began singing and performing long before his stint on Fox’s television program. Tate came from a musical family and grew up under the influences of the country music greats. With his father’s encouragement, he started playing gigs, learning the ropes of an entertainer. After forming a band, Dixie Cadillac, and living the road life for a bit, Tate hung up his guitar in order to focus on raising his children — a decision he never regretted. When his wife and kids signed him up for The X-Factor, unbeknownst to him, it resurrected his country music dreams. When he won the show’s title, his dreams became a reality and he signed a deal with a major record label. Now, Tate is finishing his second album, hoping for a release in the first half of 2015, which includes his new single “Better at Night.”
