Tiera’s New Single is the “Wake Up Call” You Need To Hear

It has been almost three years since spunky, rising artist, Tiera has released any new music, but recently she has been working diligently and creatively to bring fresh music to her fans. As of January 5, 2018, the first taste of her new music will be available as her latest single, “Wake Up Call” hits the airwaves for the first time. “Wake Up Call” is exactly what you need to hear to feel empowered to stand up for yourself and appropriately put a controlling person in their place.

The intro is an intriguing melody from the first guitar strum, leading into confident vocals that demand respect in a classy, soulful way from the first line, “I don’t take orders from nobody but myself.” And every line will leave the listener with an earful of supportive statements lyrically, paired with a delightful melody that will surely have anyone bobbing their head or tapping their toes along to the beat.

“Wake Up Call” was recorded at the legendary FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. It was written by Tiera along with Noah Shell, produced by Noah Shell, and mastered by Dan Srygley. Tiera described the single,

“It’s a fun, upbeat song that’s all about being independent and not letting anyone determine what YOU want to do with YOUR life whether that’s a boyfriend, girlfriend, friend, etc.”

If “Wake Up Call” is something you’re into, get excited, because Tiera recently wrote about 20 songs while spending time in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, so rest assured that more new music from Tiera is on the horizon. Until then, make sure to follow Tiera’s musical journey via her website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
