I am very excited to let you know that our good friend, Country Music Singer and former Survivor Contestant Whitney Duncan, will join Country Music Chat during this Friday night’s installment of TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress. Whitney will make an appearance on the show (which features brides-to-be), documenting her outing as she looks for the perfect frock to wear for her upcoming wedding to fellow Survivor contestant  Keith Tollefson.

Whitney burst on to the country music scene in 2007 when she appeared on USA Network’s Nashville Star. Whitney soon thereafter was signed to Warner Bros. Records. Whitney released several singles, two of which broke into the Top 50 on the U.S. country charts. Whitney’s debut album, Right Road Now, was released digitally and through Amazon in 2010. Additionally, Whitney’s song “So Sorry Mama” was featured on the Footloose soundtrack. In 2011, Whitney also appeared on CBS’s Survivor: South Pacific, lasting twenty-seven days in the competition.
